We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- New and uninstalled
- In original, undamaged manufacturer packaging with all parts and paperwork
Return Authorization required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA). Because our products ship from the manufacturer, returns must go back to a specific address with your RA number. Returns sent without an RA cannot be accepted.
To request an RA, contact us at sales@ielectricsupply.com with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for return.
Restocking fee
- Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- The restocking fee is waived when you exchange the item for another product.
Shipping costs
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special-order items
- Cut-to-length items (wire, strip lighting, etc.)
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and no restocking fee applies.
Refunds
Once the manufacturer receives and inspects your return, your refund (less any applicable fees) is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank.
Order cancellations
- Before your order is sent to the manufacturer: cancel free of charge.
- After your order is sent to the manufacturer but before it ships: a 5% cancellation fee applies.
- After your order ships: the order is treated as a return and the Return Policy applies.
- Refused shipments are treated as returns and are subject to the restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
To cancel, email sales@ielectricsupply.com with your order number. Your cancellation is complete only after you receive confirmation from our team. Payment is charged when you place your order. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
