Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. We are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations at this time.
Standard shipping rates
Shipping is based on your order subtotal (before tax):

Oversized items
Some products are large or heavy (roughly 21–70 lb), such as troffers, high bays, area and pole-top lights, vapor-tight and wraparound fixtures, ceiling fans and load centers. These carry an oversized handling charge of $25.00 per oversized item, added to the standard rate above. Oversized items are marked on the product page and the charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Freight items
Pallet quantities, wire reels and items over 70 lb ship by freight. These are quoted individually. Use Request a Quote on the product page or email sales@ielectricsupply.com and we'll reply with a freight quote before anything is charged.
Processing and delivery
- In-stock orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may take longer; we'll let you know if your order is delayed.
- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
- Transit time depends on your location and carrier, typically 2–7 business days.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your shipment on delivery. If anything arrives damaged or is missing, note it with the carrier if possible and email sales@ielectricsupply.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right.
