With phase-selectable dimming and Auto-Select technology, it can choose forward or reverse phase operation based on wiring conditions to help reduce flicker, buzzing, and humming across a wide range of fixtures. Designed for single-pole or multi-location applications, it works with up to nine compatible Maestro Companion Dimmer (MA-R-XX, sold separately) for control from up to 10 locations. A neutral wire is optional for LED, incandescent, and halogen loads, while ELV and MLV applications require a neutral. The large Maestro tap switch provides reliable on/off control, while dedicated raise and lower buttons allow precise local dimming. Advanced Programming Mode enables customization of preset light levels, high- and low-end trim, fade times, phase selection, and indicator lights.
